After I had a baby I had preeclampsia and post. I started working out intensely and every single week of my period I’d get a migraine right after, sight loss in one eye. Ruined my day. I continued but eventually life events and I stopped. I had migraines since a child but as I got older they were less frequent. I had talked to someone about magnesium and I started taking pure encapsulations or thorne 300 mg a night. I noticed no migraines. Finally months went by and I started a new workout routine. First month no headaches. I forgot for 3 days this month and bam migraine again after a hard workout! I still feeling crappy 2 days later.

I swear magnesium really helps. I also agree with the salt post I’ve read many places that say it works.

Also some mention on her headaches after excercises having to do with the neck. I’ve pulled a muscle in my neck before and had a migraine for 3 days worst of my life! You’ll be shocked at pulling muscles in many different areas give you migraines!
